I am a Senior Counsellor and Supervisor, and have worked in palliative and specialist settings for well over 20 years. Firstly, I was a Social Worker in the community, moving onto specialist HIV social work, palliative care social work, children’s bereavement counselling, and then as a hospice counsellor. I am very passionate about my work and feel lucky to be part of a great multi-disciplinary team.
Alongside Surj, our Wellbeing Team Lead, I support our staff team in any way I can and our wonderful wellbeing volunteers who give us their time and their heart. I have the absolute privilege of being alongside our patients, carers, relatives, families and young people every day as they face loss and navigate bereavement.
